I’ve successfully guided countless individuals in overcoming significant obstacles, healing broken relationships, revitalizing marriages, navigating career transitions, nurturing spiritual growth, and making profound life decisions. My ultimate aspiration is to see you become the best version of yourself, taking confident strides toward the life you envision.
Regarding my qualifications, I am currently pursuing my Master’s at the Townsend Institute, founded by Dr. John Townsend at Concordia University, Irvine. I hold a degree in Social Psychology and have earned a certificate in Personal Development from the prestigious CAPP Institute in Atlanta. Furthermore, I am dedicated to expanding my expertise in the field by pursuing a Masters in Executive Coaching and Consulting.
I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, ensuring that I possess the essential knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional coaching services. With over 17 years of experience in ministry, I’ve assumed various leadership roles, refining my abilities to develop and coach both volunteers and leaders.
My proficiency in building connections and fostering teamwork has been pivotal in my coaching journey. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, including children and adults, and have successfully supported adolescents and adults dealing with substance abuse issues.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to a retired Marine for 34 years, and together, we have two adult children and five grandchildren. Family holds a special place in my heart, and I cherish spending quality time with loved ones and close friends.

A life coach is a professional who helps individuals improve various aspects of their lives, set and achieve goals, and navigate personal or professional challenges.
How and when can i begin?
You can start as soon as you like, based upon my availability and yours. You will start by filling out the intake form. I will then contact you by email and set up a consultation. Once we do a consultation and you decide we are a fit, I will send you a coaching agreement and we can start immediately once I have your agreement back and you schedule appointments.
