Lisa serves at Go To Nations World Headquarters as the Executive Assistant to Global Ministries supporting the Executive Vice President of Global Ministries, Nancy Lovelace, with training and equipping missionaries to take the gospel of Christ to the nations. As a new missionary, Lisa will be helping the Discover Missions Department develop a new engagement program named Forerunner. Forerunner is designed to engage the next generation through short-term mission opportunities, mission conferences, mentoring, and personal leadership development to educate and equip them to serve God wholeheartedly.
Lisa has a heart for hurting and broken people and desires to see people of all ages be who God has created them to be so that they can reach others with the gospel of Jesus. One way that she is using this passion is through her non-profit organization named LDJ Ministries. This ministry aids in and provides a safe environment for at-risk youth. Lisa is also a Life Coach that has been trained to coach missionaries on the field to live balanced and healthy lifestyles.
Lisa is married to Willie Johnson and they have been married for 35 years. Willie is a Pastor at Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Florida, and his role is to oversee all of the local outreaches for the church. They have 2 adult sons and 4 grandchildren. Together, Willie and Lisa share a heart for serving people locally and globally

Completion of 3 weeks of Leadership Development training. It was absolutely wonderful! I feel ready adn equipped to pursue my role as a Missionary! There were 3 objectives and I feel we met them all!

1) Be empowered as leaders to lead confidently, with clarity, focus and direction through fresh impartation, individual coaching and team ministry
2) Receive effective ministry tools through practical teaching and resources.
3) Discover your individual role in taking ownership of the mission, vision, values of Go To Nations and what you can and should be doing to add value to the organization.
